3.Procedures for All Online Orders

• 6. In the payment method page please choose Maybank (Malaysian)/ POSB Bank (Singaporean)/ Paypal (International) and click continue
• 7. After review & confirm your order, please click Confirm Order
• 8. An confirmation order email was sent to your email address
• 9. If you are deposit the payment into our bank account please notify us at dgdream@gmail.com or sms/call (006) 016 3113966
• 10. You will be notify by email after payment confirmed & order been sent

4.Proccessing Time
After payment receiving, your order will be send within 48 hours and will be notify after item been shipped. We were using SkyNet Courier Service as our agents, normally buyer will receiving their product within 2 working days (Within Malaysia & Singapore Only). Oversea shipment will be send via DHL or FedEx (1 to 4 working days).

We always keeps inventory of products in stock, in order to ensure your order ships immediately. Due to the large volume of product moves, from time to time, products may sell out. While this is unusual, if a product is out of stock, or is backordered from the manufacturer, you will be contacted immediately with the Estimated Arrival Date of the product, or with available options.

5.Our Warranty
We offers 1 year limited warranty (Manufacturers Defective) on our products which is purchase from our website http://www.dgdream.com.

6.Shipping & Returns
Shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
If the address has any mistake and the delivery company can not deliver the package we will send your purchase again but shipping will be charged again.

If product was defective please contact us at dgdream@gmail.com we will return you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you will have to put on the box.
All requests for return authorization must be made within the warranty period. Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition. All RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days. All returns must be received within this period. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. RMA numbers will NOT be extended or reassigned. Please note that buyer pay for the return shipping fee & we will pay for the resend shipping fee.

7.Can i Cash on Delivery?
Yes, We only Cash on Delivery for the product which is value up to RM500 at petaling jaya (Selangor) area.

8.Do you have a shop?
No, we do not have a shop, We are wholesaler/distributor & operating business in warehouse & not entertain walk-in customer.

9.Can i view the product before i purchase?
Yes you can, you can visit our dealer which is located in Dataran Sunway (Near IKEA, THE CURVE, TESCO Damansara)
Before walk-In please call our dealer to make an appointment & provide the product model number to ensure the product was in stock.

No, The price as we listed in internet is the LOWEST PRICE.

11.Is the price included installation?
No, All the price was not included shipping, installation charges.
